This parking log project was a long game of cat and mouse. Many issues were plaguing the customer (a car dealership). When the customer called us in to inspect the problem we determined their was a junk yard under the parking lot with many craters and caverns causing issues. Through careful removal and filling, we were able to remove the debris and get the customer a stable foundation where we put in a new parking lot for them.
